AI implementation and adoption advisory
We redesign work
so AI pays off.
Too many AI programmes put technology before people. Our strategists and engineers work alongside your team to get the most from your AI tools. Our platform helps you recognise and reward the people who test, improve and share what works.
30 minutes. No preparation needed. Limited partnerships.

Advice when you need it
Bring a question. Leave with a direction.
- 02
Projects and builds
One workflow, redesigned end to end, with your team in it.
- 03
Ongoing partnership
We stay as your work keeps changing.
Scope and price agreed up front. Where appropriate, we will explore an outcome-led model.
Our ethos
AI empowers people. The more people you equip, the more you’ll outperform the competitors who don’t.
The common response
Fewer people. The same work.
Ours
The same people. Every one of them more capable.
Who we are
An embedded partner, not a consultancy.
We advise on where AI genuinely helps, redesign the workflows around it, and embed the new way. We take on a limited number of partners at a time.

The glue between the tools you already have.
Your teams already have the AI tools. What they do not have is a way for one person’s better method to reach everyone else. Our platform does that inside those same tools, and our strategists and engineers stay through implementation.
The work gets captured
Sara does the job once, in her own tools. Our agents write the method, redact secrets as they go, and nobody else sees it until she shares it.
The method is ready to run
Sara shares it with her team. Their agents run her method on their own machines, interpreting it for their own work, with your approvals built in.
The best way spreads
Every run maps how the work really gets done. Sara stays named on her method, and so does whoever improves it.
Curiosity, rewarded.
Our endorsements
“Most firms treat AI adoption as a tooling problem. It’s a people problem. And most work in this space leaves nothing behind once the engagement ends. That’s what’s different about CURN. They start with how people actually work, then build the system that holds it, so what your best people work out gets captured and spread rather than walking out the door with them. The firm owns it, it survives a change of model, and it keeps compounding long after anyone external has left.”
“We knew we wanted to use AI more across the company and explore building a new client platform, but not what that meant for a firm like ours. CURN brought to life what we could achieve with our platform and portal, then mapped which workflows across our operations and client services were worth changing and which weren’t. They set out a phased plan for the build, and gave clear guidance on the CRM question, build versus buy, including where the providers we’d reviewed fell short. They took the time to understand our business inside and out, which is rare from someone outside it, and I’d go back to them for advice as we take this forward.”
“Working with CURN changed how I think about what AI adoption looks like in practice. I had assumed the work would require a team, but they got to grips with the process, saw where AI could genuinely help and carried it through to a finished result. It showed me that the bigger opportunity isn’t simply doing the same tasks faster. It’s changing how the work gets done.”
“We came to CURN to understand how AI could help with our marketing and online presence. They helped us move quickly from discussing the options to doing the work. On our website build, their advice on AI tools and workflows helped us translate an idea into a fully working, published site in less than a day, and we no longer needed the slower, more expensive workflows and tools we had planned. We left knowing how to continue with the approach ourselves.”
What you might ask before we start.
Your first conversation is about the work, not a software demonstration. These are the questions we normally resolve with you.
Can CURN work with your company?
CURN is designed for knowledge-intensive companies: businesses where the quality of the work depends on what people know, decide and hand on. You can be in any sector and at any stage of adopting AI.
Do you need to replace the AI tools you already use?
No. CURN works across the tools your teams already use. We improve your workflow around them and keep useful methods portable instead of locking you to one provider.
Where could your engagement start?
Wherever you need useful help. That may be a short call to work out where AI can help, hands-on support with a project or build, or a longer partnership. We agree the right shape before we begin.
Is CURN advisory or software?
Both, by design. Our strategists and engineers work alongside your team to choose the right tools, redesign work and build what is needed. Our platform records what succeeds so your people can reuse, improve and share it.
How long could your first engagement take?
Timing follows your work. A question may take one call; a project or build may run longer; and you may keep us alongside you as the work changes. We agree the scope, timing and price before we begin, and show you evidence as the work progresses.
How would your engagement be priced?
Around the engagement, not the seat. We agree scope and price up front, so you know the commitment before we begin. Where your outcome is measurable, we are open to structuring part of the fee around it, so both sides are invested in the result.
How will CURN handle your sensitive workflows and data?
We agree scope and data boundaries with you before work begins. CURN protects your product data in transit and at rest, with further detail set out in our privacy policy.
