Our endorsements

“Working with CURN changed how I think about what AI adoption looks like in practice. I had assumed the work would require a team, but they got to grips with the process, saw where AI could genuinely help and carried it through to a finished result. It showed me that the bigger opportunity isn’t simply doing the same tasks faster. It’s changing how the work gets done.

Dave Sturley Client Director, Ziipline

“We came to CURN to understand how AI could help with our marketing and online presence. They helped us move quickly from discussing the options to doing the work. On our website build, their advice on AI tools and workflows helped us translate an idea into a fully working, published site in less than a day, and we no longer needed the slower, more expensive workflows and tools we had planned. We left knowing how to continue with the approach ourselves.

Tom Pelham and Ollie Dent

“We knew we wanted to use AI more across the company and explore building a new client platform, but not what that meant for a firm like ours. Thomas brought to life what we could achieve with our platform and portal, then mapped which workflows across our operations and client services were worth changing and which weren't. He set out a phased plan for the build, and gave clear guidance on the CRM question, build versus buy, including where the providers we'd reviewed fell short. He took the time to understand our business inside and out, which is rare from someone outside it, and I'd go back to him for advice as we take this forward.

How this is calculated

Potential recovered revenue = missed opportunities × realistic win rate × average fee. First-year net benefit = that revenue, less its delivery costs, plus spending removed, less the project fee and 12 months of running costs. If you choose to include time value, the combined total adds only the share not already counted in revenue or spending savings.

Delivery costs are the variable costs of the extra work. This models an incremental opportunity, rather than the total value of an existing deal or a forecast of what you will win.

The illustration assumes a full year of use and shows the benefit before tax. Include any additional implementation or training costs in the project fee. Time is valued at your annual staff cost per working hour. Including it in a combined total does not turn that time value into cash savings or imply reduced headcount.
